I am sorry l didn't reply. My life is a little crazy but l am glad you found out which one. I am getting off mines for good. I have someone who is a naturalist and she told me l don't take meds and she hates doctors. She said they almost killed her three years ago. And she had doctors in her family her daughter is going to be a doctor but she said shes not giving drugs. And l know right now our world is full of hate. All our countries are angry that l don't trust any medicines right now. So this is me and l think it's going to be a blessing because there was no proof that it was helping me anyway . A you start taking one med and then theres a recall and you take another one and then something else happens. So l am just going to go back to the old remedies it works and you didn't need prescriptions or did l have side effects. We are killing ourselves and we will have to go back to growing our own foods and cooking ourselves. They can take away healthcare funding it's only killing us anyway. And the government and companies are getting rich. I really think it will be a blessing because we will turn to God and he cannot fail you.

techi,

I visit a naturopath and that is where I learned about Hawthorne which is used worldwide for heart problems. The rest of the supplements I take are what I learned about online.

Hi Lisa @techi,

Mayo Clinic advises that people consult with their current care provider before making any changes to their existing medication or treatment plan.
When considering complementary or alternative treatments, be open-minded yet skeptical. Learn about the potential benefits and risks.
Herbal supplements can have strong effects in the body. Some can interact with prescription medications used to treat heart and circulatory problems, such as high blood pressure and heart failure. Some of these interactions can even be dangerous.

I sincerely encourage you and others in this conversation to view this important Mayo Clinic article about
Herbal supplements and heart medicines may not mix https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/consumer-health/in-depth/herbal-supplements/art-20046488
