@suerc, I would like to invite @doug2018 and @james2189 who have talked about having 3 level fusions, although I cannot speak on whether it was minimally invasive for them or not. I would also like to invite @grandmar, who has talked about having an outpatient spine surgery.

@suerc, is this a procedure that you are looking at having? If you are comfortable, would you mind sharing if you are wondering about which procedure is best, or are you facing replacements as well as fusion?
