Hi @sandie2749, welcome to Connect. I'm 2 months post op for a total knee replacement of my right knee. I had neuropathy before I started and also lymphedema for which I have to wear compression socks. The swelling prevented me from putting the compression socks on until a few weeks ago which made the swelling worse for me. I don't think I helped myself because I didn't elevate my leg and ice it as much as I should have when I got home. I didn't have any problems with the exercises they sent me home with.

Do you still have any swelling in your leg?
