Thanks. Definitely not narcolepsy in my case, but it fits the narrative of an extreme stress event on the body being at the root of kicking-off BFS for someone.

While I’m here, I’ll post a little update. In the past month or so, I have continued to improve overall. Definitely periods of regression where symptoms like the Globus, tinnitus, thigh pain and fatigue, and first and foremost the calf vibrating and fasciculations happen. But, as a whole, it’s improved. I’ve been doing a lot of golf lately
I do not have the leg strength back to walk 18, but still, taking a cart results in 3+ miles of walking, plus the exercise of all the swings. I’ve done well with that and only had my thighs cause me to give up once when the pain made a good swing impossible. Other than that, my legs are just more tired than they should be afterwards and the next day. I chalk it up to fatigue and damage caused by the BFS tremors and vibrations. Hoping over time that my can build back that strength, but I have a feeling it will not get back to 100% while I still have symptoms. Also related, running is not easy still, at the point. Even a short jog is painful to the legs.

Hope everyone is well and finding some way to cope and improve.
