Pain everywhere, swelling, numbness & tingling mostly in my legs and feet, extreme fatigue, vision and speech issues, trouble walking and balance is off, constipation and urgency to urinate to the point that I sometimes have accidents. I can't think straight most of the time, trying to type this is difficult. We have a Mayo Clinic here in Wisconsin, it's about three hours north from where I am in Janesville, WI. I have to change my HMO come October in order to see a specialist there.

This sounds exactly like what I'm going through. Have you gotten any answers?

I know this is a very old thread but I was just wondering how things are now? My internal tremors started a year ago but for the last two weeks every muscle is on fire. All my tests come back normal. The pain is killing me. Getting a referral to Mayo now.

I know it has been a long time since you posted this but I was just checking to see if you were ever diagnosed? Was it possibly Multiple Sclerosis? Is so did they determine the vibrations were due to the MS?

You and I have the very same symptoms. It started around age 35 after a bariatric surgery and got progressively worse until I had to retire from teaching at age 55. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, rheum. arthritis (no crippling), and polymalgia rheumatica. The internal tremors have recently started and I have begun testing with a neurologist again. I really believe they have not identified the real cause to this point. You are not alone.

I have a lot of these symptoms, I also have ataxia, balance issues. I have a condition called superficial siderosis caused be a Brian bleed somewhere in my past. It took me years for someone to find it, less than 300 cases in US. It was found in a MRI of my head. Problems we my feet hearing, eyesight, memory, heading to dementia.

Have you asked about menopause and HRT?

Hello, I had same issue. 8 doctors, 2 hospitals visits. Finally had an allergy test to food. Found I have a high histamine intolerance. If I eat anything that is high in histamine it causes everything you just posted. Pulse my blood pressure would rise taking away all my energy. Since Covid a lot of people apparently are having this issue. Doctors are not finding it because it’s new. Not sure if this is your problem but totally worth a shot. I also know alcohol and pop make it worse. It takes 24 hrs to clean out and start over. Hope this helps.
