Hello @crankyunicorn68, Welcome to Connect. I can relate to your wanting to get to the bottom of your health problem. I have idiopathic small fiber PN and Connect has helped me learn a lot about my condition by sharing my story and learning what others are doing for treatments. It's good that you are searching for answers. Another tool you can use for research is Google Scholar (https://scholar.google.com/) – it will find more medical and research type information and you can sort by year which lets you get the newest information. Sometimes if there is doubt it can be helpful to get a second opinion. I’m not sure if it is an option for you but if it is, the Mayo Clinic is very good at diagnosing health issues that are difficult to diagnose.
