Yes I'm also helping my self also an I don't knw wat causes this to happen I'm lookin into my thoughts I think I can't explain it I think I should stop goggling things and I send my self into anxious mode

@trellg132 Yes, we often look to the internet to help us figure things out. But that can be dangerous, as you might be finding out. We read of some symptoms and it seems we are experiencing the same things, and we panic/get concerned and go into a tailspin. As @secretwhitepop suggested, meditation may help, along with some exercise, deep breathing, journaling, and generally caring for yourself in a loving manner, eating healthy, not beating yourself up, not looking for things that may not be there, Will you try this and let us know how you feel later?
