@trellig132 I'm glad to hear you turned your life around to follow Christ but as God said we are partners with him and you have to do your part by being proactive in life just don't wait for Him to help you if you don't help yourself. Are you doing this ? He will help you but you have to help yourself also we are partners . So look to finding what makes you get depressed and anxious ,journal your throught as ginger said ,research your thoughts.
