@teresa, I am seeing a specialist tomorrow for my optic nerve. The PCP did a retinal scan and found some changes in the optic nerve. I was wondering if anyone else knew anything about these things. I Googled everything Mayo Clinic had but stopped after four or five different conditions and treatments.

Since learning of this situation I have rarely strayed from my strict keto diabetic diet. I need my sight and changes in the optic nerve is a good motivator to keep the blood sugar as normal as possible.
