Yes @jakedduck1 , only 1 cookie after my scan! But I’ve more than made up for it since then. I got to mother’s and was cleaning out the refrigerator and found a flourless chocolate cake with fudge on it! I cut it up to freeze, but, of course I had to eat all the crumbs! But, no more! I must behave

No question you have extraordinary will power. Such will power I hope to never have although mine could be a little better. But as long as I continue to lose weight I will continue to support the confectionery industry.

According to a study by Harvard people who eat candy live longer. I should live forever.
Cotton candy helps create new blood vessels.
Sugar can restore willpower.
Candy can help make you happy, it releases endorphins.
It can reduce stress by lowering levels of cortisol, the stress hormone.
I'm a little stressed about my DMV hearing this afternoon, maybe I should have a candy bar.
