I recon I could check those sites out but the use of that nasty 4 letter word you used at the end is a definite turn off.
Meals on wheels sounds good. Since I’m capable of doing you know what although not very well I wonder if I’d qualify.

Go online and sign up to get the ball rolling for meals on wheels. You have to be 60, homebound, unable to prepare meals, have no one to assist you in shopping and preparing. You get one meal daily Monday thru Friday and, in some areas, frozen meals for the weekend. You can ask for diabetic meals or kosher and even vegetarian. They are federally funded but also rely a lot on donations. Not sure if someone comes to see you personally for an assessment. Some agencies may have an income requirement. I would say you have a shot. It would be great to have your main meal prepared . Delivery times vary but you can always reheat. And no, you can’t get candy 😏
