@merpreb Right now in Long Beach it is still pleasant 75 right now the ocean breeze keeps us cool but later on here it will be unbearable. It's the marine layer that helps here but in July it will change till Oct.

@lioness The marine layer is what I miss since moving over here last July. Right now, at almost 1pm, it is 98 on the north side of house in the shade. Finally keyed up the a/c, so the cat and I stay comfortable.
