Hi kids,
How much does everyone pay for gas? California has the second highest gas tax, over $.55 a gal. Voters rejected cutting the gas tax recently, thankfully. I paid $3.80 a gal today for regular unleaded but chevron is $4.27 a gal. Hate to think what it is in San Francisco. Calif has strict pollution requirements and the prices go up in summer, oh joy. Although it’s better than the 5+ dollar high of 2014 or so.

@Jake gas prices in Long Beach is 4.36
@jakedduck1 $3.76 a gallon at Costco today near me. Cash price at the 7-11 is the same.

@jakedduck1 I paid $2.79 a gallon this week and that was up from where it had been. I know it will go up more as summer approaches.
