@karen00 It is a good morning thanks The sciatica is a bit better until I walk a lot like yesterday so have to go slow with it Dr wanted to send me for an injection I said they don't work on me so am going back to massage therapy then chiropractor this helped .since it was very tight have to go hope your improving
