@parus-It's a lot of holding your breath and then breathing out. It's to test to see how much carbon dioxide you are exhaling and how much air you are breathing in. It's a piece of cake. @merpreb Thanks. I am not concerned about the test. The doc offered me an inhaler and I told her it is not that bad. I just have a hard time getting enough air in a times or it feels this way and not because I am panicky or anything. Just going to check things out. I am just so tired all of the time. More than usual.
