@debbraw Thank you. Acupuncture is not covered by insurance. There is only one locally. I worked with her in 2010 and was not impressed. There are those that have been helped and this I can appreciate.

@parus Acupuncture did not work for me at all, but dry needling did. That might be something for you to look into. In my area it is offered at one of the Physical Therapy Clinics. It is similar to acupuncture in that needles are inserted into your skin. It is different in that the needles are inserted more deeply and an electric charge is used for stimulation. It is not appropriate for everything, but it might be worth asking about.
