@lioness I rarely eat red meat, preferring chicken or turkey. But I figured I would give in and do a pot roast because I do like the smell of it cooking. Just found out my stepson is coming by on his Long Haul Trucking route tonight, so I have to figure something to fix once I get back from my appointments. Maybe I'll fix reservations at a restaurant. LOL
