@parus I am getting to my club still, about six days a week -- half for water exercise, the other half for the gym. It's the diet that's killing me. I do eat healthy foods, but I eat too much of them.

@Contantandwell just read on WebMd that to lose weight is eat a big bkft ,lots of protein then light rest of day more protein

@contentandwell This I can understand. I have started measuring portions and using smaller plates. Chewing slowly which is a challenge. I have a tendency to gulp my food. I no longer need to eat fast. Need to drop 10. BMI is still okay but getting close to not being as such. I need more increase in my cardio. Harder in the winter.
