You have intrigued me with "crock pot candy." Tell me more about that. Anything that can be done in a crock pot seems so much easier than anything that can be done on a stove or an oven.

Today, I'm grateful for a great new recipe (and its gluten free) for a carrot cake that can be also used for muffins. It turns out so moist, light and flavorful.

@hopeful33250 it's called Crock Pot Christmas Crack Candy. (Say that 3 times fast. Lol) It's basically chocolate covered peanuts. Here's a link to the recipe:
