I had a very busy, but good day today. I baked banana bread, made some crock pot candy, and wrapped gifts. I am thankful to have all those chores done. I was also able to get in a long walk in our beautiful weather.

You have intrigued me with "crock pot candy." Tell me more about that. Anything that can be done in a crock pot seems so much easier than anything that can be done on a stove or an oven.
Today, I'm grateful for a great new recipe (and its gluten free) for a carrot cake that can be also used for muffins. It turns out so moist, light and flavorful.
