Tomorrow night I'm having a little dinner party. I'm making it kind of fancy since its the holidays so I'm serving a seafood casserole with lobster, shrimp and crabmeat. Today, I am eternally grateful that my husband cooked the lobster. Some of you know that my husband has been diagnosed with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) that will probably lead to dementia of some type. Alzheimers? We don't know. But every day is a gift and today - when he threw that lobster in the pot and managed the whole process, I was singing thanksgiving praises!
