I am sorry, but I will have to drop out of this group. My mailbox is flooded with replies to all the postings and my old computer can't hadle it. I tried to unsubcribe but the messages keep coming. I hope that I can just go back to the regular Mayo site. Thank you.

@sallymay and @trueblue18 Can you edit your account settings to get the daily digest only, by going in to the group you follow and choose no individual notification?

@trueblue18 - I totally understand. I think you will need to go into your profile and unfollow the "Just Want to Talk" group. If there is another way, someone more computer savvy will need to tell us. Please don't hesitate to check back in anytime you need a gratitude burst. Wishing you all the best.
