I'm bringing in a few other members who may have experience with cystoscopy issues and alternative ways to examine the bladder, like @predictable, and @helenofnc.

Kblakeave, did you already have an ultrasound of the bladder? Were they able to do the cystoscopy by increasing the catheter size gradually?
