@sandigrant I know what those spasms are have them in thighs I use my Tens Unit google this it will explain but once I use it my muscles relax The P.T can use it also I think but I have a home unit ,my chiropractor suggested it good luck

I have a Quell unit that’s similar to tens. I’m going to keep with the pt for a while longer.
