I have a terrible pain in the groin. What do I do?

I know don’t know how to post a picture but it’s one bump on my groin that I noticed was bleeding. It’s on my groin close to my pubic hair, not on my penis. It’s close to my inner thigh. I noticed the blood on my groin when I went to the bathroom. The bump also kind of hurts when I touch it. The bump was bleeding so I’m assuming it busted but I’m not sure.

Can anyone tell me if It’s std related. I had unprotected sex with older woman 2-3 days ago once. I’m 34 she 53

She came Wednesday night but We ain’t have sex until Thursday around 5am. Today is Saturday. I noticed the blood coming out of the bump around 1pm or 2pm

Hi, @jayr7 - welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. I think you are wise to be looking into it. I would be wondering if I had a bleeding and hurting bump in my tender regions.
