Yes to her. I saw her and she really explained my hearing loss. HA for my type of loss and all the options. My first HA and it will be great. So many ways she can adjust them. OTC or cheaper aids will not work for me. You can walk in anytime for repairs or an adjustment. Yay Mayo and Cindy. Thank you.
