@parrotqueen. I never took the amount of supplements you do. However, I was very physically active at the time; eat gluten free; and supplemented with vitamins d, c, calcium, daily vit, omegas, magnesium, and biotin. The bottom dropped out on my dexa scores by the next year. I was 48.

So you did not take Vitamin K2 (mk4, mk7) or boron? Both of those have been shown to improve bone density,..
