@contentandwell AFriend told me about IcyHot Advanced a mutual friend uses it so I tried it and it gives me relieve more so then other rubs but it has to be advance kind I get it through Amazon

Unfortunately I led this discussion off-track, but I appreciate your suggestion.

I am doing a lot of exercise videos and the cardio ones often contain a lot of walking/jogging in place. I don’t know if that has helped my bursitis but something has. It only bothers me at night now when I try to sleep on a side.
