I take magnesium L-threonate for better brain function. It's just 144 mg a day. Then I take 400 mg of magnesium glycinate. Yes vitamin D3 needs a bit of fat - I eat an entire avocado every night and take my vitamin D3, K2 (mk4, mk7), calcium, boron, magnesium, and just a small bit of potassium at that time. I take 6 mg of boron at every meal and before bed. I've been doing a ton of research and there are MANY people who take 120 mg of boron daily. I am not going to go that high, but I am not so concerned with going over 20 mg a day now. Anything over 20 mg has the side effect of maximizing the absorption of any estrogen. Isn't that Facebook group interesting, Sunnyflower? Sadly, I left the group because they tried to saddle me with the administrator role - they said there were several of us and there wouldn't be much to do. hahahaha, I was the only one and OMG the amount of work that was involved was mind blowing. I need to figure a way to get back into the group. I tried getting someone else to do the moderating, but nobody would respond to my pleas for help - so I just left the group. I could see no other way out.
