Thank you very much for response.

As far as I read about strangulating hernia it could be recognised by MRI, ultrasonography..etc. We took many times MRI, ultrasonography for whole abdome, but no doctor mentioned about any hernia in abdomen.Is it possible for different Doctors couldnt see these type hernia? Is there any other method to recognise strangulating hernia?

What I can add also my mother has intensive gas in abdomen during this aches.How does it sound to you?

How I wish I had answers for you. So many conditions have the same symptoms.

Do you have copies of the test result? It helps to have copies. You can come up with questions. Sometimes the doctors miss discussing things with their patients. Have you gotten second or third opinions?

You said more than the gallbladder surgery... what other surgeries did your mother have? I am just trying to understand a bit more of what is going on.
