Hi:
I also started having chest pain at your age 28, and I had every test imaginable and was told to see a shrink. It turns out that I have Small Vessels Spasms. I was diagnosed at the Cleveland Clinic in 2012.
It took me 36 years to get a diagnosis. I had a Heart Attack at the age of 63 years old. The spasms caused the heart attack but no heart damage. I would definitely call Cleveland Clinic Heart Department and make an appointment to see a Cardiologist. My Cardiologist at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio is Dr. Stephen he is very familiar with women’s chest pain. I even went to the Mayo Clinic when I was your age but no diagnosis at that time. Women with chest pain and clear arteries is not something to fool around with. I am not saying you have SVS, but you definitely need to see a Cardiologist that specializes in women with chest pain and have all normal tests but continue to have chest pain.

36 years...I'm so sorry it took that long...and I'm sorry you were told to see a psychiatrist. My doctor immediately jumped to anxiety and seeing a psychologist. I wish they'd understand we know our bodies.
