Hi everyone. I'm now finishing up my first month on Tymlos. Are any of you experiencing palpitations with this medication? I see that listed among the more common side effects, and it has definitely been the most noticeable one for me. I feel my heart racing soon after the injections, and it is still pounding for another hour (or three). Maybe this is common, and might still diminish at some point? Not sure if I should be concerned about this. Thanks!

Hi All!! I just took my first shot of Tymlos yesterday! I took it at the doctor's office and brought my husband anticipating the dizzy side effects...I didn't want to drive...good thing...I was dizzy and did have the palpitations. The doctor said that this is common...I would say that I felt better about 3 hours after...but not as bad as I thought. I will most likely take this at bedtime. He was surprised it happened so quickly...about 10 minutes after the injection. I thought it would be a lot worse...feeling a little strange this morning though..
Yes...and feeling a little weak along with racing heart... happens 1-2 hours after

Hi Laurapearl. I have this side effect. The palpitations last for about an hour or so. I am starting month 16, and I still have this effect.
