@kdbones

I also have looked up some meditations, many for overall relaxations. For the bone building is it binaural beats that you are listening to? I ran across many of those for different areas and have turned some on at times - I guess I felt like you - why not. I have been also going back collecting pieces of videos or books that focused on hip and spine exercises. I really like Melioguide from Canada, and some of Dr Fishman's yoga based on his studies at Columbia University (but I don't do any of the twisty ones). I would like to find a local specialist to focus on a series of hand weights and band exercises but haven't found someone yet. On the Tymlos shot I am on day 8 and think my awareness of the small side effects is diminishing. I was very focused on it the first days - I think I was more nervous that it might get worse but has not been the case so far so hopefully this will continue. Best to you for great success on Tymlos! Karan

Karan, I do often listen to binaural beat style meditations for falling asleep. The osteoporosis YouTube’s I found don’t say they use binaural so I am not sure. But I like the visualizations described...strong bones, healing cells etc. ( one by “Mindset” 13 minutes, and one by Jason Stephenson 27 minutes).
Glad to hear you may be past the initial symptoms. I’m only on day 5. Like you, I am going to do everything I can to support the overall goal of bone building. It’s the one shot we get at it in this lifetime! All the best and I’ll be sure to keep checking in here.
