Hello, I just started Tymlos too...so still very early. I felt jittery yesterday for about three hours after injection. I did notice on my Fitbit that my resting heart rate, which has always been 68ish, is up to 73, and the number of what they call “active minutes” was way up (6 hours versus my normal 2 hours). Anyway, maybe this will resolve over time.

Also, I often listen to guided meditations on YouTube for falling asleep and I found a couple of them on building bone, so I thought, why not, it can’t hurt. Thank you to all who have shared on this thread! I appreciated the info as I got started.

I also have looked up some meditations, many for overall relaxations. For the bone building is it binaural beats that you are listening to? I ran across many of those for different areas and have turned some on at times - I guess I felt like you - why not. I have been also going back collecting pieces of videos or books that focused on hip and spine exercises. I really like Melioguide from Canada, and some of Dr Fishman's yoga based on his studies at Columbia University (but I don't do any of the twisty ones). I would like to find a local specialist to focus on a series of hand weights and band exercises but haven't found someone yet. On the Tymlos shot I am on day 8 and think my awareness of the small side effects is diminishing. I was very focused on it the first days - I think I was more nervous that it might get worse but has not been the case so far so hopefully this will continue. Best to you for great success on Tymlos!
