Geronimo- the oncologists usually try the 3 AIs- Femura, anestrole and arimidex. Are you sure you tried Tomoxifen ? Tomoxifen does not have joint pain as a side effect.

Tamoxifen is the one I had suicidal thoughts and severe joint pain
