I know you're going through a painful time; it's horrible to feel frightened and alone, but let's walk through this together.
I want to start by saying Thank You – Thank you for participating in different discussions, offering information and support and encouraging and thanking other members on Connect. if there is one thing I've learned from members like you is that you should never give up until you find the right treatment or the right doctor who can help you in the best possible way.

Health comes first and despite the challenges you're facing @oregongirl, I want you to know that there are many ways to return to being successful and productive while taking care of yourself. You're dealing with a lot pain with this fall, so let's take care of that first; as @johnbishop suggested, is there any way you could go to the Emergency Room, or ask someone to drive you to the ER?
