You have all offered some good suggestions, thanks so much! I purchased some "no sugar added" tapioca pudding and now take that with the NSAID at night.

I like the idea of pudding to get the NSAID down. However, the pudding needs some kind of sweetner. I always read to find out what is being used. I feel some of the sugar substitutes are worse than the sugar.
