@suerc No I refused the surgery for various reasons but I did listen to Dr and therapist I am able to function normally except I cant clean my floors , its the continous motion I cant do and I do have to rest everyday .Did you have surgery? It was a full year it took to heal but I still do chair exercises I just dont twist or bend backwards How are you doing?
