Hi Lisa @techi, it is comforting to have a doctor that can relate and start by asking "how do you want me to help you?". I think it shows concern and that the doctor is listening to your input. When I first started looking into diet and changing my lifestyle to help with my health issues, I ran across a Dr. Terry Wahls who wrote The Wahls Protocol book. She has also done a few TED Talks and has an amazing story of her own to tell about getting rid of her symptoms of MS through cellular nutrition. You can read her story here: https://terrywahls.com/about/about-terry-wahls/

Here's one of her TED Talks — Minding your mitochondria | Dr. Terry Wahls | TEDxIowaCity

Thank you so very much for posting this TED Talk! Much appreciated!

@johnbishop thanks so much John. I am coming out to Minnesota in Oct so l will let you know what the liver doctor says. But l was listening to Joseph Prince and he was saying the Lord never ment for us to be sick thats why in died on the cross and shed his blood so l am definitely standing on that word. My daughter didn't to much care for my hematologist and l agreed with her because he said he would see me next year so l am going bvb to be switching.

John Thanks for posting about Dr Wahls ….we can't have enough good information that can help us …

I am going to see my family in the UK and go to one of my Grandsons wedding ….they have arranged it so it is on my birthday …..we are all getting excited at the thought of seeing each other …..

When I come back I will most certainly pay attention to the Doctors advice……Beryl
