@parus Did the holidays trigger this ? Do you have SAD disorder? I know I decided not to have any decorations this year. It didn't bother me any since my year wasn't replaced by a foreign object like decorations .That's just commercialized anyway .I would always get depressed after holidays but decided to not go through that anymore praying for you

@merpreb Sorry. Out of my league as in too expensive. Text from a family member triggered. Caught me off guard as I seldom hear from her . I need to be more vigilant. the baby sister meant no harm. She can’t understand. All started a while back with her calling me toxic and telling me I need to reinvent myself. She meant well. Anything negative is toxic for her. Has eliminated her life of everything toxic and so much happier now. Says I need to do it too. Dumb. Only thing I have in common with 2 sisters is DNA. There has never been any closeness. I will be sure to work on reinventing myself. They neither one have depression and I now know they don’t get it. I am thankful for them as living with this disease is not something I would want them to deal with. I mean that.
