@cherriann Sit one bed ,count to 30,lay on the ear that is affected with head turned up to ceiling ct to 30,sit up ,ct then lay on other side with head turned to ceiling ct to 30 then sit up ,this puts the crystals back where they belong P.T. does same exercises.Hope this helps you when I had vertigo and ringing thats what I did
