I wish I could offer you help with that ringing/pressure in the ear, @lioness, but I've had it for so long that the noise has become part of the background of my life! There are times during the day when it goes away completely, but the quietness does not last long. I have been told by ENT docs that it is related to hearing loss in that ear and that a hearing aid would help. Given the expense of hearing aids, I have not given that a try yet.
