There are several articles that would confirm good results with both. I would suggest not cycling unless you are going to run bank to back androgen then anabolic cycles. Keep your dosages low. Obviously the idea is not to get big but to get better. I know I felt my best when I was doing steroids before and this is been going on for a very long time. It finally just culminated in my demise.
