Lioness - it would be hard for me to find one part of my body that doesn't have either RA or OA. Since I started taking more boron, I don't have ANY pain from the arthritis. I added that one extra 3 mg capsule right before bed and now I don't wake up with stiff hands, etc. What a blessing it is! Who knew it was so easy to control that pain? This gives me hope for finding relief from other medical problems. I can remember my very competent doctor just shaking his head "no:" saying there was no way to get rid of the pain without surgery. He's a great doctor - but I am thrilled to know he was wrong this one time. I have hope!
