Bone on bone thumbs

I had the surgery for a trigger thumb and it was so easy and effective! As for the pain in my arthritic hands (RA), I am taking 3 mg of boron 3-4 times a day and I can make a fist for the first time in ages - probably 12 or 15 years since I could do that. I'm back to crocheting and I'm thinking of getting a piano again! I started taking the boron for osteoporosis - but then discovered it eliminates all the arthritis pain in my body - and I am full of both RA and OA as well as fibromyalgia - all of that pain is gone as long as I keep taking it! The upper limit is 20 mg/day; I figure I'm getting maybe 12-15 mg. Good luck to everybody - we need to be able to use our hands.
