I have been doing gentle massaging and pulling, but the relief does not last long. I had success with two of my trigger fingers on my left hand. They hardly ever trigger now. The massaging helps in the surgical site itself.. keeps the tendon stretched. Thank you, I need all the luck I can get 😀
