@goldenmummy If you do not always walk after eating you might try some other exercise program after meals. There are some great videos on Youtube that involve chair exercises and gentle stretching. If you could try one of those when you are not able to get out and walk, that might be helpful in avoiding that bloated, full feeling.

I might also suggest that you look at some of the gastroparesis discussions on Connect. While you have not been diagnosed with this disorder the symptoms do sound somewhat similar.
