Using CBD/THC Oil to fight metastatic lung cancer

stacyt - Where I live in Colorado there are so many companies preparing and selling CBD it's really hard to name a 'brand'. My husband uses a particular medical marijuana facility and they manufacture their own products. He has a prescription for those products and they are only available to card holders. I personally only use CBD oil via a vape pen. My personal requirements in any vape pen or oil is that it is free of propolyene glycol because I have allergic reactions to it (it's in everything it seems but is especially problematic for me in oils and vaping). I also look for organic and chemical free. It doesn't make sense to use a natural product to help me if it's full of other potentially dangerous chemicals. So the vape device I use has CBD oil at 250 mg per dose, vegetable glycerine (organically sourced) and no other ingredients. I am using a very small amount of CBD at present for reduction of inflammation, to help me sleep and hopefully for some additional hope of keeping my breast cancer from recurring. I am personally not a fan of the effects of THC in cannabis. If my cancer recurs I would certainly use it but at present the THC portion actually makes me feel worse (paranoid, anxious) but my husband uses both CBD and THC for his cancer diagnosis with no side effects.

So helpful, @cindylb, that you listed your specific criteria of how to evaluate CBD and THC products rather than naming a particular brand. There are so many out there and each brand has multiple products. As this industry is still in its infancy and there is little to no regulation, it is important that each person do their research and due diligence to understand the products and how they work for them.

Did you and your husband work with a medical professional to help sort through everything?
