I am very thin now from a drastic weight loss and chronic hemhorragic cystitis (fancy name for peeing a lot of blood) I had frustrating and painful gastrointestinal issues for a decade. The link between autoimmune disorders and infections is something I'm going to look into and ask my docs about. So sorry you're so sick. I am too and I hate it.
