@gardeningjunkie - Hi I go to Mayo and I have a friend that also goes to Mayo. In desperation for an appointment, she was told just to come and sit in the waiting room and if they had a no show or cancellation they would put her in the slot. I would check with Dermatology and see if they do this also. Since it is an initial appointment, I would think it would be a longer appointment. Good Luck
